Arkados signs letter of intent to acquire SolBright Renewable Energy

Arkados Group, Inc. announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of SolBright Renewable Energy, LLC, a renewable energy design and development company based in Charleston, SC. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is anticipated to close by March 31, 2017.

New solar energy plant to be installed on Barbuda

The government of Antigua and Barbuda (GOAB) further strives toward the realisation of generating 20 per cent of its electricity from renewable energy resources by the year 2020. SolAmerica Energy partners with Collum’s Lumber Products to launch wew solar array

SolAmerica Energy of Atlanta announced today that they will spearhead a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, to activate a new 924 kW single-axis tracker solar array system on the property of Collum’s Lumber Products in Allendale, SC. The ten-acre site on Collum’s Lumber Products property will generate energy for the company through a Bill Credit Program with South Carolina Electric & Gas (SCE&G).
