General contractor, Kajima Poland and Hymon, Poland’s leading photovoltaic installation company, have completed the construction of a new photovoltaic power plant for a facility operated by NGK Ceramics Polska – a Japanese automotive components manufacturer, in Dąbrowa Górnicza, southern Poland.

Based on the findings of the investigation it commissioned, the Solar Stewardship Initiative (SSI) Board has unanimously decided to lift the temporary suspension of JA Solar’s membership imposed on 16 January 2025 with immediate effect, recognising the company’s full cooperation and commitment in good faith to the established SSI Principles.

All projects were awarded a tariff under the Department of Environment, Climate & Communication’s second Renewable Energy Support Scheme (RESS 2) in 2022.
