Installation crews have wrapped up a 397kW solar carport project at the Waldwick, New Jersey Superdome Sports Center. PV Racking teamed with New Jersey based solar contractor Blue Energy Renewables to provide their unique slide-in rail for the carport canopies. Chris Paphites, Managing Partner at Blue Energy Renewables commented, "The PV Racking slide-in rails give a seamless look to the carports. They were easy for our crews to install and we’re happy we chose them for this exciting project."

PV Racking engineers worked closely with Blue Energy Renewables to provide a custom designed solution for the project. Just under three hundred PV Racking rails, measuring in at 19.5 feet, were manufactured for the Waldwick Superdome carports. All rails, hardware and attachment retainers were manufactured by PV Racking in their Pennsylvania facility. “Our rails are a perfect solution for carport applications. We have used our slide-in rail on both large and small carport projects and the installation time is cut down significantly since the installation crews don’t have to worry about clamping modules,” says Barry Moore, President at PV Racking.
