PVN specialized in the development of utility scale, PV solar power projects at landfill sites and on formerly environmentally impacted lands.

The Project will be located on San Bernardino County-owned landfill site located in the City of Ontario, California. The landfill site has been closed (capped and maintained) by the County of San Bernardino to meet all appropriate and relevant regulatory closure requirements, and will continue to be maintained by the County after the PV solar power installation has been installed.

PVN will evaluate all Proposals which follow the required Proposal Format, using evaluation criteria such as: the overall proposed cost of the Project (and its component phases), company’s solar and facility construction experience, company’s construction safety record, company’s ability to meet the facility’s Commercial Operation Date (COD), and the ability of the Bidder to guarantee the electrical output of the solar facility

Electronic copies of the RFP and all associated documents can be downloaded at the following link: http://www.pvnavigator.com/MillikenLandfillSolarEPCRFP.htm

Although not required to submit a proposal for the project, PVN would appreciate it if Bidders returned an Expression of Interest Form via email or fax to Robert.Potter@PVNavigator.com or (714) 388-1839 by December 31, 2015.

Proposals shall be presented in accordance with the specified RFP requirements. A Pre-Proposal meeting via WebEx is tentatively scheduled for 10a.m. PST January 5, 2016, and a site visit is scheduled for January 7, 2016 at the Landfill. Exact details of the meetings and any RFP updates will be sent out to all Bidders who have returned an Expression of Interest Form.
