Risen Energy Spain and Cryptosolartech sign an agreement to develop 300 Mw PV plant to supply a cryptocurrency farm in Spain

The Chinese company, through its affiliated company in Spain, will be responsible for the development and construction of the photovoltaic (Pv) plants under the EPC turnkey modality.

The project shall be built in phases until the completion of 300 Megawatts (Mw).

The 1st phase shall be built in the Seville Province, where 3 Pv plants with a total capacity of 45 Mw will supply the electricity to two cryptocurrency farms currently under construction, located in Malaga City (Spain)

The construction of the Pv plants will be financed with money raised from the launch of a crypto token and the energy produced will be sold under a 15 year private Power Purchase Agreement, building trust and providing safety to the token holders who trusted in the Cryptosolartech project.

The agreement between both companies does not limit to the construction of 300MW Pv plants responsibility of Risen Energy under the EPC turnkey modality, it also include the joined development of R+D technology in such a disruptive and innovative sectors like blockchain, and IoT.

With this alliance, Cryptosolartach trusts in the PV Chinese giant to assure the success of such a innovative project and become a world leading company within the crypto and blockchain industry .
