S.A.G. Solarstrom receives €65 million financing for project pipeline

S.A.G. Solarstrom AG today received a financing commitment from the Deutsche Bank Group for €65 million.

The loan, at conditions in line with the market, has a term up to the fall of 2013 and will be used to provide interim financing for the various projects planned by the S.A.G. Solarstrom Group in 2012 and 2013, which will mainly be implemented in Germany.
The financing commitment and the payment of the loan is contingent upon the fulfillment of customary banking conditions and the signing of respective financing documents.
