Samil Power Co., Ltd., manufacturer of micro, string and central inverter offers its customers a global Support Center for all technical requests in the future. It is a further matter and an important brick in the consequent growth to Samil global Service Concept.

By using local phone numbers customers can reach their right contact person during local business hours. Here, it is secure that customer always talk to native speaker – for that reason an easy conversation is guaranteed as well as fast and targeted handling of customer requests. Employees of the Support Center act as a gateway; they have direct contact to Samil employees in Technic and R&D – consequential availability of fast solution processes and short reaction periods. System care of all customer activities – a sustainable customer management – completes the Service. The Launch date is on 5th August for Germany, the UK and Italy, Australia follows on 12th August, the Netherlands follows until middle of August, and additional countries are currently in preparation. The implementation will be done through the Customer Support Center in Berlin, affiliated company of the Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated.
