The Top Employers Institute has certified SMA Solar Technology AG as a Top Arbeitgeber Ingenieure 2014 (Top Employer for Engineers).
The independent certification company identifies organizations that distinguish themselves through outstanding working conditions, contributing to the professional and personal development of employees.
Only companies that meet the objective assessment standards on a high level can qualify for certification.

The Top Employers Institute assessed SMA's HR management on the criteria primary benefits, secondary benefits and work-life balance, training and development, career opportunities, corporate culture management and innovation management.
To guarantee the validity of the detailed examination procedure, the responses and data were subjected to an independent audit.
