Solarflex signs MOU for development works

The parties will continue working towards an agreement, with the intention to reach such an agreement in the forthcoming weeks.
Europark Israel Ltd has been involved in the past in the development of solar systems, offers laboratories to be used for the development activities of Solarflex, and shall provide also its development team for the development activities.
Eurospark Israel Ltd is a subsidiary of International Executive Consulting SPRL, a major shareholder of Solarflex Corp. The parent company of Eurospark Israel Ltd has significantly contributed in achieving agreements between the parties.
