"We believe we have developed a scooter for use by everyone, no matter what the age. Thanks to the solar trickle charging technology we developed, this scooter's battery will never go dead. It can be used as a backup vehicle in your car, as a campus rider, a last mile scooter, coffee break scooter or in a large warehouse," said Daymak CTO, Aldo Baiocchi. "The Photon is for all ages and it is multi-use and multifunctional. You can use the Photon to charge your phone, you can play your favourite tunes or play FM in the background or you can just scoot around and have some fun!"

Fully electric, the Photon re-charges under any daylight at approximately 0.3 km / hour using its 6W solar panel. It can travel distances of up to 15 km using its 24V battery pack, which is available in lithium or lead acid batteries.
