True South Renewables Inc. (TSR), a wholly owned subsidiary of Solarrus Corporation (Solarrus), has been chosen to speak at two November events presented by PV-Insider. Both events will be held at the Convention Plaza Hotel in San Jose, California.
On November 16, PV-Insider is hosting the PV Plant Operations & Management Training Workshop. The purpose of the half-day workshop is to educate solar industry leaders on best practices and innovative techniques to optimize PV and CPV plant performance and increase profits.
Moderated by Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), TSRs presentation will address proactive maintenance strategies for designing a cost effective schedule that balances preventative and proactive maintenance for increased plant productivity. Following the workshop, True South will subsequently be a sponsor of PV-Insiders second annual Utility Scale PV Plant Optimization USA conference, also at the Convention Plaza Hotel, on November 17 and 18. The conference is the leading event in the US for design, engineering and operation of large-scale photovoltaic plants, where participants hear from international developers, EPCs and service providers.
In a panel with other innovators in solar energy, TSR will discuss why proper operations and maintenance can add profits for solar installation investors, as well as enhanced capabilities to support monitoring solutions, warranty fulfillment, and EPC contracting.
