ACC completes 19 MW BIPV project in China

Asia Clean Capital (ACC) has connected a 19 MW building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) project to the grid at a shipyard in eastern China. It claims that the installation is the largest BIPV project in the world.

GCL-SI launches 600 MW PERC production in Vietnam

China’s GCL System Integration Technology (GCL-SI) and Vina Solar have started manufacturing PV cells in Vietnam, with annual output estimated at 600 MW. Roughly 330 MW of their total output capacity has been reserved for passivated emitter rear contact (PERC) solar cells.

Kong Sun forecasts H1 profit of $5.9 million
