The PV equipment manufacturer further improved its sales in the third quarter. The company said its CIGS orders are fully on schedule and will be included in the results of the fourth quarter.

Most of the large revenue increase is due to construction revenues in Honduras and Malaysia and to project development margin on a transaction that the company closed with Norwegian oil producer Statoil in Brazil.

Leclanché presented the figures for the first half-year 2017 with a two week delay. The Swiss energy storage provider reports higher sales figures and lower losses as a result of its restructuring.

In the second quarter of 2017, the Chinese PV manufacturer shipped around 3 GW of solar modules. However, sales and earnings were not as high as shipments, due to lower selling prices. For the second half of the year, Jinko Solar is forecasting stable module prices and increased profitability.

The Japanese CIS module maker said it is now focusing on the domestic market, as its overseas business is facing tough competition.

In the first half of this year, the company also saw its operating loss widen. Phoenix Solar, however, has released an optimistic guidance for full fiscal 2017.

The U.S. supplier of automation systems for the PV industry said its performance in the quarter was its best results since its solar business unit peaked in the third and fourth fiscal quarters of 2011.

Turnover for the first half of this year was slightly down from the previous year. Large order intakes from China, however, will lead to a substantial improvement of the company’s result for full fiscal year.

The German inverter manufacturer reports that shipments remained stable in the first half of this year, while revenues were down compared to a year earlier. The company, however, has raised its outlook for 2017.

The company credited shipments of nearly 2 million optimizers and 75,000 inverters, along with increased sales in Europe, for the increase.
