German PV production equipment manufacturers are recording a decline in incoming orders. Thin film technology, meanwhile, is seeing significant market share increases.

Thanks to a one-off effect in the solar segment, the company was able to achieve a record turnover of €325 million in 2017.

The German PV equipment supplier expects to post a loss for this year, due to a €11 million compensation paid to Algerian company CEEG.

The company has raised EUR 153 million through the offering, which should allow it to repay a bond due 2017.
