The modularly-designed PVD coating concept has flexible systems for the majority of technological requirements and commercially available substrate sizes in the industry.
The new system modularly integrates upstream and downstream equipment. With the easy-to-reach distant by using sputtered TCO-glass or through large-area coating, costs can be reduced.
Scaling-up the coating area from 1.4 to 6.1 square meters can lead to a cost reduction of 35 percent according to the company.
