IDFC acquires 190 MW of Indian PV projects from First Solar

The infrastructure fund of IDFC Alternatives has signed an agreement to purchase 190 MW worth of solar PV assets from First Solar Power India, an affiliate of First Solar Group. The projects are located om the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

France’s 500 MW tender for large-scale solar concludes with average price of €55.5 /MWh

Overall, the French government allocated 507.6 MW in the tender, which was open to ground-mounted PV systems between 500 kW and 17 MW in size.

Spanish government provides auction’s official numbers: allocated solar capacity reaches 3.9 GW

Around 3,909 MW of solar was assigned in yesterday’s auction. This is 400 MW more than what Spanish solar association UNEF had estimated in its provisional forecast.
