Evidence is mounting that Photon Europe is insolvent. The department of public prosecutions in Germany’s Aachen, where Photon is based, has instigated preliminary proceedings against Photon Europes head for “delayed filing of insolvency and other offenses.” pv magazine has confirmed this with the public prosecutor’s office.
Phase two of Indias Solar Mission
A draft version of phase two of Indias Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission (JNNSM) has been released, targeting 9 GW of grid connected solar by 2017. The draft proposes reverse auctioning 1.65 GW of photovoltaic projects by April 1, 2013 and 870 MW in 2014.
