Against a backdrop of falling PPA prices, and longer returns on investment, the debate over reducing operation and maintenance (O&M) expenditure versus optimizing PV plant performance, is increasingly being steered towards cost.

While expenses like labor and tools are not getting any cheaper, digital technologies – helping to make PV plants more intelligent, efficient and reliable – are one area where savings can be made.

In our upcoming webinar, France-based QOS Energy, a privately-owned independent software vendor specialized in data intelligence cloud solutions for renewable energy plants, will present these digital technologies, discussing how they work, and how they can help in real terms.

Specifically, the webinar will focus on how the digital twin technology – a virtual replica of a solar plant operating at optimum performance level – can help independent power producers (IPPs) and asset managers in Europe drive up O&M performance.

 Agenda:

  • Working principles of machine learning
  • The Digital Twin and its applications for solar O&M
  • Case studies

Questions can be submitted beforehand or during the webinar through a chat window. We look forward to your participation!
