Comprehensive package for modules
06. September 2010 | EU PVSEC 2010, Products |Day4 Energy has come up with a comprehensive package of equipment and services required to manufacture Day4 Energy branded modules for its partners.
Manufacturing partners in the program provide the necessary initial and working capital commensurate with the size of the manufacturing facility, as well as access to, and a strong understanding of, local markets.
As part of the company’s PV Manufacturing System, the manufacturing partners will also have access to ongoing marketing and sales support, as well as an ongoing pipeline new products and technologies by the company.
Day4 Energy’s proprietary Day4 Electrode is used for contacting and interconnecting pv cells in the manufacturing process of modules. This technology, which is designed to establish a low resistance electrical contact with the surface of the cell, results in virtually no power losses due to cell interconnection.
The result is improved power output, optimum performance in low light conditions and most importantly, more kilowatt hours over the lifetime of the product.
