Although he considers Solar-Fabrik "well positioned for the future after successful restructuring", he stated that he has a "limited time budget" available for his positions at Alfred Ritter GmbH & Co KG and other companies. He went on to say that he has no intention to withdraw his shareholding position.
The executive management team at the company has said it regrets the decision and wants to thank Alfred Ritter for his longstanding support. The team added that it will "immediately" file for completion of the supervisory board at the Amtsgericht Freiburg in order to retain the supervisory board operational until the election at the next shareholders meeting.
