By the end of this year, SunPower is scheduled to deliver 24 MW. It was not disclosed when the remaining 30 MW will be shipped. However, the balance of MW will be used for NRG’s 26 MW Borrego Solar project, located in California. It is scheduled to be completed by the middle of next year.

Back in November, the two parties announced the groundbreaking of their 250 MW California Valley Solar Ranch (CVSR). The plant is expected to begin partial operations, also by mid-2012.
