Solar-Fabrik closes Wismar operations

Solar-Fabrik Wismar GmbH will discontinue operations at Wismar, Germany end of November this year. This has now been confirmed by the 100% subsidiary of Solar-Fabrik AG i.l after coordination with its administrative solicitor. A transfer company will handle the affected employees as of December, 1, 2015. Further details have not been made public by the company.

In June this year Solar-Fabrik announced the discontinuation of its operations after it was granted the right to self-administration insolvency. Operations were ceased as of June 30, 2015.
