The new format is said to improve torsion rigidity, for one thing. It's also said to make handling easier and help cut installation time. An efficient wiring design is said to reduce resistance inside the module and optimize output. The 54-cell modules will be available in Germany from the fourth quarter of 2010 and will soon be introduced in Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Greece.
