This property allows a profile recording without interrupting the current production. A close monitoring of silicon nitride coating is crucial to the process and hence the efficiency of the solar cell.The monitoring of this process has been very difficult and costly previously.
Solarpaq also offers a specially developed vacuum lamination process for the model. Logger and thermocouples are brought together with the measured laminate into the laminator. The system can pass through the laminator and after the end of the process, temperature data are downloaded to the computer and analyzed. Once again, the production process is not disrupted.
