The move is expected to aid polysilicon and wafer supplier, GCL-Poly in expanding its global position.
Thyrobox M is a modular system for the polycrystalline silicon deposition process. Depending on the type of reactor, its footprint is said to be around 25 percent smaller than previous Thyrobox solutions.

With the latest contract, GCL-Poly confirms the existing partnership and proves its confidence in AEG PS as one of their leading technology suppliers, stated Gladwyn De Vidts, AEG Power Solutions vice president Power Control Systems.
