According to the terms of the agreement, the Chinese manufacturer will supply Lumos with six megawatts (MW) worth of frameless LSX modules, and traditional Lumos-framed modules under a co-branded label "Lumos powered by Jinko". They are scheduled to be shipped in the second quarter of this year.

"JinkoSolar's entire manufacturing process, from the production of silicon ingots to the construction of solar modules, is done under one roof to ensure the highest quality standards with minimum cost and waste," explains Scott Franklin, CEO of Lumos.

Arturo Herrero, JinkoSolar's chief marketing officer adds that seven percent of Jinko's order book will be shipped to the U.S. "We expect the shipment volume to increase throughout the year," he says.
