The two projects have been in operation since October last year and have been developed and built by EDF Energies Nouvelles. Both projects in the portfolio have a 20-year power purchase agreement with EDF. This acquisition brings Sonnedix's total operational solar power to 92MW. Another 25MW are currently under construction.

"These plants will provide clean power to an area of FFrance with high irradiation and limited power reserves. We are pleased to provide investors with an expanding, diversified portfolio in the global solar energy market, adding additional diversity to our company. We look forward to broaden our partnership with EDF EN in the future," said Franck Constant, Chairman of Sonnedix.
