As of now, the REFUdesign online tool makes it possible for system planners and installers to optimally design photovoltaic systems without the installation of additional software and also offers access to an extensive module database. Interconnection of the modules with the inverters thereby takes place automatically. Registered users can also individualize their planning results with an image or a logo, save them and print them out, as well as save already planned projects as templates. In addition to this, own module data can be added to the extensive database. The online tool is available free at www.refusol.com/refudesign. On top of that the company also introduces new accessories to ease communication with large PV systems. The REFUsol Outdoor Ethernet Switch makes such intellifent networks possible, says Refusol. There is also an improved version of REFUconnect for communication within all large systems.
