The e-Clipse uses the users’ own solar wafers and sliding and locking a new wafer in place quickly replace broken wafers.

The SunKIC thermal profiler is specifically designed for the photovoltaics industry and has a compact profiler and thermal shield that accommodate width and height restrictions of metallization furnace tunnels. The graphical navigation software provides easy use and the system takes 20 readings per second for more accurate profile data.

The last product, the KICSpectrum is an optional process improvement software that automatically performs a collection of three sets of data from the initial profile runs. Furnace set points, a desired process window and profile data from the surface of the solar cell can be analyzed.
