PV production equipment sales soaring in Europe

According to VDMA, a German engineering association, there are now more orders coming in for German production equipment from Europe than from China. Nevertheless, shipments to Asia remain dominant.

Germany deployed 640 MW of PV in August

Germany’s newly installed PV capacity hit 4.8 GW in the first eight months of this year, from just 3.6 GW in the same period of 2021.

Germany introduces tax breaks for rooftop PV

The German government continues to respond to the energy crisis by implementing measures supporting small-sized PV. This time, the tax breaks are intended to support solar arrays below 30 kW in size.
