The German companys annual general meeting (AGM) was planned for August 14. However, due to its ongoing activities to save its business, the meeting will be held at a later date. As such, it has said it is not expected to take place until the end of 2012 or early 2013, since a reorganization plan must first be developed.
Centrotherm said this will have a significant impact on the further development of the company. For the same reason, it will also move the date of publication of its half-year financial figures, which was originally planned for August 9.
Following in the footsteps of Solarwatt AG, centrotherm is the second German photovoltaic company to file for self-administrative insolvency. It has three months to work on its reorganization plan.
