U.S.: Premier Power to install 1.9 MW of solar electric generating capacity for sports company
Premier Power Renewable Energy, Inc. is set to build 1.9 megawatts (MW) of solar electric generating capacity in greater Los Angeles, the U.S. at two locations for Puma North America, lessee of Brookvale International, LLC. The two buildings, in Carson and Torrance, are part of Puma North Americas warehouse and distribution facilities.
The company has said it will design, engineer, and build these roof-mounted solar photovoltaic electric generating systems beginning in the third quarter and finishing in the fourth quarter of this year.
Were very pleased to build this project for Puma in southern California, said Dean R. Marks, chief executive officer of Premier Power. Puma has been a long-standing leader in many environmental and social initiatives, and we hope their example will be followed by other companies seeking sustainability and protection of the environment.
