Jolywood unveils black bifacial module

The new JW-HT132N series features six n-type panels and offers 345 W to 370 W of frontside power output, with efficiencies ranging from 18.68% to 20.04%. The panels are manufactured with a transparent backsheet, with black mesh and a black frame.

TOPCon technology hits 23.5% in mass production

Chinese manufacturer Jolywood claims it has reached 23.5% cell efficiency on the production lines for its n-type TOPCon technology. The achievement, which has not been verified by a third party, represents a 0.3% improvement to Jolywood’s reported mass production efficiency.

China: Jolywood secures $25 million n-type bifacial module supply agreement

Jolywood (Taizhou) Solar Technology has signed a deal with a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC) for the supply of 64.6 MW of its n-type bifacial 301 Wp solar PV modules.

Imec, Jolywood colloborate on n-type manufacturing process

Belgian research institute imec announced that it has developed a screen printing process for n-PERT solar cells. In collaboration with Chinese module manufacturer Jolywood, the institute announced that it has used the process to develop bifacial cells with average frontside efficiency of 21.9%.

Jolywood signs solar distribution agreement with IMI Industries

China-based Jolywood (Taizhou) Solar Technology Co. Ltd. has signed an agreement with Thailand’s IMI Industries Co., Ltd, under which the IMI Group will distribute Jolywood’s double-glass bifacial PV modules to the Thai solar market.
