Solar PV services group Vector Cuatro has added 83 MW of solar PV projects in the United Kingdom.

The company’s latest acquisition brings its international portfolio to more than 980 MW under its management in Asia, the Americas and Europe.

Vector Cuatro first entered the U.K. renewable energy market in 2011 as a technical advisor for solar PV power projects. The country has since become one of its the company’s priority markets with regard to its future international expansion. Vector Cuatro opened a new office in London earlier this year, citing strong demand for its services.

The newly acquired 83 MW in the U.K. add to Vector Cuatro’s portfolio of assets under management in three continents, already exceeding a total of 980 MW.

Last year the company was incorporated into Italian green energy conglom Falck Renewables Group. Vector Cuatro said it expects the integration of the two companies, combining complementary geographic and technological coverage, to further enhance the capabilities of the group, which currently manages more than 300 MW in the U.K.

The firm is set to continue its strong growth with further acquisitions and expansion into new markets. Vector Cuatro currently operates in 22 countries worldwide and boasts a track record of 16 GW distributed throughout the entire value chain of the projects.
