LevelTen’s European solar PPA index rose to €68.57/MWh in Q3

Prices rose in all European energy markets between July and September, according to a new report by LevelTen Energy. Germany and Poland recorded the highest prices, while Spain and Finland recorded the lowest. Solar PPA prices rose by 15.4% – almost twice as much as wind prices.

Chinese PV Industry Brief: Daqo secures 46,200 MT polysilicon order

Daqo has secured another big polysilicon order and GCL Technology said it expects a profit of CNY 12.7 billion ($1.76 billion) from its solar materials business in the third quarter. Wafer manufacturer Wuxi Shangji Automation, meanwhile, has secured an order from TOPCon panel maker Da-Solar.
