Mexico launches tender for 300 MW solar plant
Mexican state-owned utility Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) is seeking proposals for the Puerto Peñasco Secuencia III solar plant, which will also include 103 MW of battery capacity.
Seven projects pulled from EU hydrogen fund
The projects, equivalent to 1.88 GW of electrolyzer capacity, were withdrawn after choosing not to continue with the agreement procedure or for being unable to provide a signed completion guarantee. Italy launches 1.6 GW solar auction
Italy’s second solar auction under the transitional FER X incentive scheme will be finalized in mid-November. Projects over 1 MW in size will have to be built with modules, cells and inverters that are not manufactured in China.
