pv magazine’s 2019 Energy Storage Technology Highlights

pv magazine is calling for entries for our forthcoming Storage Technology Highlights special, to be published in February 2019.

The pv magazine Energy Storage special publication focuses on upstream storage topics, including R&D, commercialization, chemistry performance, and new innovations.

We are looking for exciting and innovative storage products or lighthouse projects released or completed over the last 12 months, or poised for imminent release. Additionally, new storage technology concepts, R&D results, proof of concept, case studies, best practice or more general innovations helping move the storage conversation forward will also be welcomed.

An international jury of experts will review and rank the entries we receive based on the following criteria: relevance to the industry, innovation (technology and business models), USP, novelty, economic impact (past market success or expectation), contribution to the energy transition, practicability, and problem solving ability.

Visibility for your entry

This special storage feature will be produced in partnership with the Energy Storage Europe trade fair and conference, hosted by Messe Düsseldorf. The event takes place March 12 to 14. The special storage publication will be distributed alongside the regular pv magazine distribution and at the Energy Storage Europe event.

The top ranked entries will be showcased in the Energy Storage Special, online at www.pv-magazine.com, and in the German edition of pv magazine.

The top ranking entries will also be featured in a special presentation event during the trade fair, which pv magazine will host and will be distributed online in a video presentation.

Entry details

Entries should include: technical specifications, USPs, description of the challenge tackled, explanation of the solution, short summary of other available solutions, supporting information and process/material/equipment photos in high resolution.

The feature is open for exhibitors at energy storage Europe in Düsseldorf. See here how to become an exhibitor: Visit Messe Düsseldorf

If you have already submitted a project to the Best Case Session of the Energy Storage Europe conference, don’t hesitate to send it to pv magazine’s Storage Technology Highlights ranking as well. The sessions have been designed to be complementary to each other.
